Pull Request Policy
Thank you for your interest in our garments and for your inquiry about borrowing them for your styling needs. We are pleased to inform you that we have a pull policy in place to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both parties.
Conditions of Agreement:
1 All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damages or stains will result in the stylist being charged for the item's full retail price.
2 The items are to be used for professional styling purposes only and must not be lent or borrowed for personal use.
3 The stylist must provide a valid credit card number that will be used for any damages or lost items, according to the return policy below.
4. The stylist agrees to a flat rate pull fee of $150.00 along with shipping costs if any. Local Chicago pick up is free. Payments can be processed through my website, Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo.
Pulling Process:
1 The stylist must provide a list of items they wish to borrow, including the sizes and quantities needed, at least one week in advance of the required date. Please email your pull requests to Claire@shopclairelyons.com. You can download the official pull request form here.
2 Our team will review the request and confirm availability of the items.
3 Once availability is confirmed, the stylist will receive a confirmation email with a pull agreement attached, which must be signed and returned before the items are pulled and made available for pick-up.
4 The stylist will be responsible for picking up the items on the agreed-upon date and time.
5 The items must be returned on the agreed-upon return date, at the same location and in the same condition as they were received. If an extension is needed, it must be requested at least one day in advance of the return date.
Return Policy:
1 The stylist is responsible for returning all borrowed items on the agreed-upon return date. Failure to return the items on time will result in the stylist being charged a late fee of 10% of the item's retail price per day, up to a maximum of 50%.
2 If any items are lost, damaged or stained, the stylist will be charged the full retail price of the item.
3 If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, the stylist will be charged for the full retail price of the item.
